Hi! I’m Angela Drew, the founder of Low Carb 30 Minute Meals blog. I’m so excited that you’re here and happy to share my low carb recipes with you. I do all the recipes, photos, and content creation here.
I was born in Netherlands and moved to the United States when I was seven years old. Now, I live in Minneapolis with my husband and two little boys. Work and family keeps me busy, but travel is another passion of mine, when I get the chance.
At my day job, I’m a senior lecturer who has become healthier by following low carb diets. As a busy mother of two, I favor recipes that are easy to prepare. Since 2012, I have been experimenting with healthy low carb recipes and discovered that they can be just as (if not more) delicious while improving my well-being.
I thought this blog would be a perfect way to return to my passion of creating Low Carb, Keto recipes and hopefully help others in the process. I am also the author of Low Carb 30 Minute Meals cookbook.
